Ms. Agnes Kesewa Wahyie, professionally known as Kesewaa Kessy, is a Ghanaian gospel artiste, songwriter, worship minister, mentor and entrepreneur from the Kwahu Ridge of Ghana.
Her life and work are anchored in faith, worship, encouragement and a deep commitment to soul winning. Guided by integrity, honesty and passion, she uses her gifts to encourage hearts and bring people closer to Christ.
A journey of music and ministry
In 1997, Kesewaa Kessy ministered before more than 5,000 people at the Great Hall of the University of Ghana, Legon. Her performance of the Methodist hymn “Odum Ye Fɔ” became an important milestone in her ministry.
Her sound blends contemporary gospel with Ghana's rich tradition of Christian hymns. Her recorded catalogue includes Awurade Ye, Adom Mmroso, Don't Give Up, Ten Thousand Tongues and Takeover.
A calling beyond the stage
For Kesewaa Kessy, every opportunity to sing, encourage or serve is an opportunity to fulfil her God-given purpose. Through Salem Praise Music Festival, she brings people together for worship, prayer and fellowship.
Her entrepreneurial interests include Kessco Pack, focused on paper takeaway packs and food packaging solutions, and Mama's Hotpot Restaurant.

Music Festival.
Founded by Kesewaa Kessy, Salem Praise Music Festival is an annual gathering of gospel ministers, worshippers and Christian music lovers.
For more than 15 years, she has sustained a platform where gospel music, timeless hymns, prayer and fellowship become an expression of faith and a means of reaching lives.
The festival has earned admiration within Presbyterian circles, with Christian faithful returning year after year to participate in worship and spiritual reflection.
More than a music event
Salem Praise reflects a conviction that music can become a vehicle for worship, evangelism, encouragement and spiritual transformation. Its vision is to unite people in praise and point lives towards Christ Jesus.

She received her secondary education at Abetifi Presbyterian Secondary School, undertook training in Computer Hardware Engineering and completed NVTI Stage 1.
